| 摘 要： | 目的探讨桡骨远端T型锁定加压钢板治疗锁骨近端移位骨折的疗效。方法对12例锁骨近端移位骨折均予桡骨远端T型锁定加压钢板治疗。对其中2例伴有胸锁关节前脱位复位后采用锚钉固定,并修复断裂的韧带。结果 12例均获得随访,平均随访时间13.6个月。平均骨折愈合时间8.2周。所有病例无肩关节活动受限,仅1例胸锁关节处有轻微疼痛。结论桡骨远端T型锁定加压钢板内固定是治疗锁骨近端移位骨折的一种有效的方法。
