| 摘 要： | 目的比较动力髋螺钉(DHS)与解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法 105例股骨粗隆间骨折随机分为DHS组49例和解剖钢板组56例,分别采用DHS与解剖钢板进行内固定治疗,观察两组术中出血量、术后引流量及下地、愈合时间和并发症发生情况。结果 DHS组在术中出血量、术后引流量少于解剖钢板组,下地时间早于解剖钢板组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组愈合时间、术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折时可减少术中出血量和术后引流量,缩短下地时间,促进功能恢复。
