| 摘 要： | 目的 应用二维及双功多普勒超声诊断纤维板层性肝细胞癌 (FL HCC)。方法 回顾分析 11例经病理证实的FL HCC的超声及其他影像资料。结果 FL HCC在二维超声图像上显示为肝内单发、巨大实性肿瘤 ,8例中部有放射状低回声。彩色多普勒血流显像显示瘤内血流信号丰富。脉冲多普勒测得肿块内部为低阻低速动脉血流频谱 ,Vmax( 2 5 .82± 6.3 4 )cm/s。阻力指数 (RI)均值 0 .5 4± 0 .0 3。结论 超声诊断FL HCC有较高的应用价值 ,实时测量肿瘤内血流动力学方面优于CT及MRI。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To diagnose the fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcirloma(FL-HCC)with twodImentional and duplex Doppler ultrasonography.Methods The uhrasonographic and other images of 11 cases of FL-HCC confirmed pathologically were studied retrospectively.Results All the 11 caSes of FL-HCC showed solitary 1arge solid mass with scared tissue of radiative echo in the inner parts.The blood flow within the tumors was rich on color Lbppler flow imagmg and the spectrum of low resistant,low speed arterial flow were detected in pulsed Doppler(PD) diagnosing the FL-HCC,and better than cr and MRI in measuring the hemodynamics within the turnors in real time. |
