手术部位感染的危险因素分析及护理对策

目的探讨该院外科手术患者术后发生手术部位感染的危险因素及其护理对策。方法以该院2010年7月—2012年7月间收治的各类手术患者500例为研究对象,就该院此阶段手术部位感染发生情况进行调查和分析,同时,该文就可能影响手术部位感染发生的危险因素进行分析,并对其中可能涉及到的护理对策进行探讨。结果 500例研究对象中,有89例术后发生手术部位感染。对研究对象术后发生手术部位感染进行多因素分析显示,患者年龄、切口类型和术前住院时间是影响患者是否发生手术部位感染的危险因素。结论该院应根据患者的实际情况,进行有针对性的护理,进而降低外科手术患者发生术后手术部位感染的风险,提高手术治疗的效果。

The Analysis of Risk factors for Surgical Site Infection and the Nursing Strategy

Objective To analysis the risk factors for surgical site infection and to discuss the nursing strategy for preventing it. Methods 500 patients with the need of operation were divided into the study. To find the fact of the surgical site infection among them with a retrospective study. To look for the risk factors for surgical site infection and to discuss the nursing strategy. Results There are 89 cases with the surgical site infection among the 500 cases. In the multiple factors analysis, the age , type of incision and preoperative hospitalization time were the related risk factor for surgical site infection. Conclusion We should putted a targeted nursing plan according to the actual situation of patients, for the reducing relative risk of surgical site infection.
