微创经皮钢板固定治疗胫骨平台骨折探讨

摘    要:目的探讨胫骨平台骨折治疗采用微创经皮钢板固定法的疗效,为临床胫骨平台骨折的治疗提供参考依据。方法对该院2009年1月—2012年8月收治的46例胫骨平台骨折患者的治疗,康复情况进行回顾性分析。将其分为两组,23例患者为对照组,给予其常规治疗;另外23例患者为治疗组,给予其经皮微创钢板固定治疗。对所有患者的治疗康复情况随访一年,总结其恢复状况。结果研究组和对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);研究组患者骨折痊愈时间比对照组患者骨折痊愈时间减少,结果差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);研究组患者的治愈率,无效率,显效率比对照组高,但是结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论微创经皮钢板固定治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效显著,可以明显减少手术并发症,缩短患者痊愈时间,值得广泛推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive internal fixation percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)assisted by arthroscopy on tibial plateau fractures.Methods Investigate 46 patients with tibial plateau fractures who were accepted between January 2009 to august 2012,and divided them into two groups include treat group and control group.There are 23 patients in every group.As treat group patients,they accept minimally invasive internal fixation percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO).And the control group received single arm external fixation.Then we compared the clinical effect of the 2groups.Result The incidence rate of complications in the therapeutic group was lower than that of the control one,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01).The healing time of fracture in the therapeutic group was shorter than that of the control one,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01).The difference of curable,effective and non effective rate was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion It has obviously comprehensive advantages and is worthy to be popularized that we give the method of minimally invasive internal fixation percutaneous plate osteosynthesis.
