连云港市2000～2009年老年患者院外急救疾病谱分析

目的探讨连云港市老年患者院外疾病谱特点及其变化规律。方法对连云港市急救中心2000～2009年院外急救的全部老年患者病例资料进行综合分析。结果2000年，60岁以上老年病例占全年出救量的10．97％，到2009年已上升到16．49％。前3年递增速度较缓和，从2003年开始大幅度增加，这与连云港市老龄化程度相应。10年间院外急救的60岁以上老人前5位病种依次为：创伤、脑血管病、心血管病、中毒和呼吸系统疾病，共占老年病例的65．06％（9762／15019）。结论10年间接受院外急救的老年病例数增长较快。老年疾病的院外救护是未来院外急救的重点。

Disease spectrum of senior citizens undergoing pre-hospital emergency rescue in Lianyungang City

Objective To study the characteristics and low of disease spectrum of senior citizens undergoing pre-hospital emergency rescue in Lianyungang City so as to provide scientific basis for improving the ability of emergency response. Methods The clinical data of 15019 patients aged over 60 who underwent pre-hospital emergency rescue in Lianyungang First Aid Service Command Center from 2000 to 2009 were analyzed prospectively. Results The number of the patients aged above 60 accounted for 10.97% in 2000, and was as high as 16.49% in 2009, increasing relatively steadily in the first 3 years, and then by a big margin which was in accordance with the situation of the ageing trend in this city. The first five most common diseases in the disease spectram of the senior citizens were trauma （26.21%）, cerebrovascular diseases （ 14.15% ）, cardiovascular diseases （ 13.23% ）, poisoning （6.90%）, and respiratory diseases （4.60%）. Conclusion In the ten years 2000-2009, the number of the senior citizens undergoing pre-hospital emergency rescue in Lianyungang City has increased greatly. Pre-hospital emergency rescue is the priority of the pre-hospital emergency rescue in the future.
