女性海洛因依赖者述情障碍与家庭环境特征

目的:探讨女性海洛因依赖者述情障碍与家庭环境的特征及其关系。方法:以自设一般情况问卷、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS)与家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)对165例女性海洛因依赖者进行测评,并与90例正常人及FES-CV常模进行比较。结果:女性海洛因依赖者TAS各因子分及总分、FES-CV中除娱乐性、独立性外的各因子与正常人群之间均存在显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。相关分析显示,女性海洛因依赖者TAS与FES-CV的部分因子之间存在显著的相关性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。而与反映吸毒情况的一些指标无显著性相关。结论:女性海洛因依赖者在家庭环境、述情的多个方面存在明显的缺陷。述情障碍可能是成瘾群体的一种素质性特征,且这种素质与不良的家庭环境密切相关。

Family Environment and Alexithymia of the Female Heroin Addicts

Objective: To explore the family environmental characteristics, alexithymia and the relationship between them in female heroin addict inmates in Reform Institute through Labor and Education. Methods: 165 female heroin addict inmates in Reform Institute through Labor and Education (study group) were assessed with Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS), Family Environment Scale-Chinese version (FES-CV). Results: Compared with the control group, study group had significant total TAS scores, and had higher scores in subscales of the TAS and FES-CV(except of Active-Recreational Orientation and Indepedence subscales)(p<0.01 or p<0.05). Some subscale scores showed significant correlations between TAS and FES-CV (p<0.01or p<0.05). Conclusion: There are many deficits in the family environment and severe alexithymia in female heroin addict inmates in Reform Institute through Labor and Education. Alexithymia may be a kind of diathesis of addict members, and there are significant associations between some subscales of family environment and alexithymia.
