超导下疤痕子宫人工流产178例临床观察

目的观察超导下行疤痕子宫妊娠人工流产术的成功率。方法将350例来站要求人工流产的疤痕子宫妊娠者，随机分为2组，观察组178例（超导下人工流产），对照组172例（常规下人工流产）。观察2组的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率和一次性手术成功率。结果178例超导下人工流产全部一次成功，未发生并发症。2组各项观察指标相比，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01和P〈0．05）。结论疤痕子宫妊娠在B超引导下人工流产可提高手术成功率，减少并发症，是一种简单、安全、有效的方法，值得推广。

Clinical Observation on 178 cases of Artificial Abortion under Ultrasonic Guidance in Cicatricial Uterus

Objective ] To observe the successful rate of artificial abortion under ultrasonic guidance in cicatricial uterus. Methods] 350 cases of cicatrlcial uterine pregnancy for artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the ob- servation group （artificial abortion under ultrasonic guidance, n = 178） and the control group （conventional artificial abortion, n = 172） ; observation was made on the length of operation, hemorrhaqic volume, complications incidence and the successful rate of oneoff operation. Results] All the 178 cases of artificial abortion under ultrasonic guidance were successful in one time with no complications; the difference was significant comparing the indexes of the two groups （ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion] Artificial abortion under ultrasonic guidance in cicatricial uterine can improve the successful rate of the operation and decrease the incidence of complications; this method is simple, safe, effective and worth popularizing.
