食管癌术后早期肠外营养支持的临床研究

目的：探讨术后早期肠外营养支持食管癌病人术后营养状况恢复的影响，评价食管癌术后早期肠外营养支持的效果。方法：以华瑞公司生产的肠外营养产品对食管癌术后病人进行营养支持，在术后各个不同时间点分别进行各项营养指标和免疫功能指标的测定，并以术后普通输液病人作为对照。结果：早期肠外营养支持的食管癌术后病人营养状况和免疫功能明显改善，结论：肠外营养支持对食管癌术后病人营养状况的恢复和免疫功能的改善有明显效果。

Clinical study of external nutrition support early period after esophageal carcinoma excision

Objective To investigate the effect of external nutrition support in early period after excision on postoperative nutritional status of esophageal carcinoma patient. Methods After giving external nutrition support to postoperative patient of esophageal carcinoma, the different nutritional targets and immunological function were examined in designed time point. Meanwhile, the patient in control group were given general infusion. Results The nutritional status and immunological function were significant improved in those patient who were given external nutrition support in early period. Conclusions There are positive effect of external nutrition support in early period after esophageal carcinoma excision on patient's recovery of nutritional status and amelioration of immunological function.
