黄体晚期服用米非司酮作为每月一次避孕药的研究

目的 :探讨黄体晚期应用小剂量米非司酮作为每月一次避孕药的有效性、可行性、安全性。方法 :1 50例育龄妇女随机分为 5组 ,每组 3 0例 ,A、B、C组于预期月经来潮前 2 d开始口服米非司酮 ,总量分别为 75mg、50 mg、75mg,其中 A、B组首次服米非司酮后 48h加服米索前列醇 (米索 ) 4 0 0 μg;D、E组预期月经来潮前 4d开始口服米非司酮 ,总量均为 75mg,其中 E组首次服米非司酮后 48h加服米索 40 0 μg。所有对象服药前查血 β-h CG。观察期内监测基础体温 ( BBT)、尿 L H试纸检测 L H峰及 B超监测卵泡发育。观察各组服药后的妊娠率、月经变化。结果 :5组对象黄体晚期应用米非司酮对月经周期均无影响 ,5组对象继续妊娠率分别为 6 .2 5%、3 6 .4%、55.6 %、8.3 %、1 0 %。结论 :预期月经来潮前 2 d或 4d服用为 75mg米非司酮配伍米索 ,均能有效地达到避孕目的。

Study on the Contraceptive Effects of Mifepristone Administration in Late Luteal of Normal Women

WT5HZ]Objective: To investigate the effect of late luteal administration of mifepristone on fertility control. Methods: One hundred and fifty female reproductive volunteers were divided into five groups(A,B,C,D,E) randomly. Group A, B and C were given 75 mg, 50 mg and 75 mg mifepristone respectively on the second day before the expected menses; Group A and B were given 400 μg misoprostol after 48 h; Group D were given 75 mg mifepristone; Group E were given 75 mg mifepristone plus 400 μg misoprostol, and the last two groups were given mifepristone on the 4th day before the expected menses. β hCG was assaied before the drug treatment. Basal body temperature, the change of menstrual cycle and follicular development were recorded pre and post treatment. Results: Three hundred and sixty five total cycles were analyzed. Failure rates were 6.25%, 36.4%,55.6%,8.3%,10% respectively in five groups. Conculusion: Late luteal administration of mifepristone had no disturbance in the menstrual cycles and in the period of follicular development. It was very satisfactory in the tolerance. It was effectived with administration of 75 mg mifepristone plus 400 μg misoprostol on d 2 or d 4 before the expected menses. WT5HZ]
