| 摘 要： | 用30只家兔眼内注血,复制增生性视网膜病模型。实验家兔分五组,各注射氟脲嘧啶3mg、1mg、5mg,5mg,B 组为对照组。根据12、19、26、33、40d 组织病理学的比较观察,发现A 组(3mg)在抑制纤维母细胞增生方面最为安全、有效。此外,也注意到纤维母细胞增生与血块中的巨噬细胞反应密切相关。

| Abstract: | Experimental models of proliferative retinopathy were induced in 30 rabbits by theinjection of blood in eye.For histopathological tracer study,the rabbits were dividedinto 5 groups,each group injected 5-Fu 3mg,1mg,5mg,,respectively with group B asa control.On the basis of the 12-19-26-33-40-day comparative observation,we foundthat group A(3mg) was the safest and the most effective in the inhibition of fibroblastproliferation.And there seemed to be a close association between fibroblast proliferationand macrophage reaction in blood clot. |
