| 摘 要： | 应用拉面地平与卡托普利治疗高血压病患者各５２例。拉面地平卡托普利治疗高血压病患者各５２例。拉面地平４ｍｇ，清晨一次顿服，卡托普利２５ｍｇ，７ｉｄ，疗程均８周，比较其短期及２４小时降压效果。结果显示：拉面地平用药６小时降压效果与卡托普利无明显差异，用药１２小时及２４小时效果明显高于卡托普利（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明拉面地平为一种理想，长效降压药

Observation about Treatment of Hypertension with Lacidipine and Captopril |

| Abstract: | Treating 104 hypertension cases with lacidipine 4mg/dand captoril 75mg/d.The cases were parted into 2 groups by averaging.The observation time is 8 weeks.Results:After taking lacidipine 6h,theeffect is no difference comparing with caporil.During 12h and 24h,inlaciclipine group the blood pressure is stable and the effect is betterand there is difference comparing with caporil group(P<0.01).Itindicates that lacidipine is a better and long effect drug. |
