| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT对腮腺混合瘤的诊断价值。方法:对23例经手术病理证实的腮腺混合瘤CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果:23例均表现为边缘清楚的肿块,圆形、卵圆形16例,分叶7例,密度高于腮腺,较均匀14例,不均匀9例。结论:边缘清楚,肿块密度均匀或不均是腮腺混合瘤的CT表现特点,CT检查对腮腺混合瘤的诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the diagnostic value of CT in mixed parotid tumors. Methods: The CT findings of 23 cases of mixed parotid tumor confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Of 23 mixed parotid tumor,all had well-defined margin and higher density than that of the normal parotid gland,16 were round or elliptical in shape,the other 7 were lobulated. Fourteen had uniform density,the other 9 were inhomogeneous in density. Conclusion: Mixed parotid tumor is characterized as a mass with well-defined margin and homogeneous or inhomogeneous density,CT plays an important role in diagnosis of mixed parotid tumor. |
