| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨椎间盘镜手术在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的临床应用价值,围手术期护理要点和康复指导。方法:对48例应用后路椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理进行分析和总结。结果:术后平均随访6个月,手术优良率为97.3%,无1例发生感染及神经损伤。结论:对后路椎间盘镜腰椎间盘突出症髓核摘除术后患者进行有效的护理和康复指导,是提高手术成功率、促进患者康复的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical value of microendoscopic discectomy in the treatment of patients with protrusion of intervertebral disc and principal points of perioperative nursing and rehabilitation instruction. Methods: The analysis and summery of nursing care was made in the treatment of 48 patients with protrusion of intervertebral disc by posterior microendoscopic discectomy. Results: The fine operation rate was 97.3%, and no infection and nerve injury occurred after average 6 months follow-up. Conclusion: Effective nursing care and rehabilitation instruction are so helpful to increase success rate of operation and promote patient's rehabilitation. |
