摘 要: | 目的研究阿苯达唑自微乳在小肠各部位的吸收情况。方法采用大鼠在体肠单向灌流实验,RP-HPLC法测定药物浓度,根据药物进出小肠各段中的质量减少量来求算出药物的吸收速率。结果在十二指肠、空肠、回肠中的吸收速率常数依次是1.78×10-2,2.15×10-2和1.25×10-2·min-1。结论阿苯达唑自微乳在整个小肠段都有吸收,且小肠中段吸收较好。

Study on in situ intestinal absorption of albendazole self-microemulsion in rats |

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the absorption of albendazole self-microemulsion in rats.Methods The single-pass intestinal model was used and the concentrations of albendazole were determined by RP-HPLC.Results The absorption rate constants(Ka) of albendazole self-microemulsion at the ileum,jejunum,and duodenum were 1.78×10-2,2.15×10-2 and 1.25×10-2·min-1,respectively.Conclusion Albendazole was absorbed at the entire intestine and well absorption was at the middle segment of intestine in rats. |
