乳腺原发性恶性淋巴瘤15例临床分析

目的 探讨ＰＢＬ（乳腺恶性淋巴瘤）的临床特点，病理性质及其与预后的关系。方法；分析１９９７年～１９９６年病理经证ＰＢＦＬ共１５例，并分别给予放疗，肿块切除加化放疗，乳房切除或根治术加化放疗。结果 乳腺肿块切除加化放疗５年生存３／６，乳腺切除或根治化放疗５年生存４／４，Ｉ期，Ⅱ期５年生存率分别为８７％和６２％，１０年生存率分别为４５％和３１％，结论：ＰＢＬ的预后与病理，分期和治疗方式有关，治疗一般是

Clinical analysis of 15 cases of primary breast lymphoma

Ojective: To explore the clinic and pathologic characteristics of PBL(primary breast lymphoma) and to discuss the prognostic factors. Methods: Fifteen cases of PBL diagnosed between 1977 to 1996 were analysed.They were treated with radiotherapy,resection plus chemoradiotherapy and mastectomy or radical operation plus chemoradiotherapy. Results: The 5yr survival for patients treated with resection plus chemoradiotherapy was 3/6 and 4/4 for patients treated with mastectomy or radical operation plus chemoradiotherapy.For patients with stage and stage ,the 5yr survival were 87%and 62%,10yr survival were 45%and 31%,respectively.Conclusions:The prognosis of PBL was related with the pathologic type,stage and treatment modalities.PBL was treated with combined methods,and chemotherapy was most important for the multimodality treatment.
