| 摘 要： | 目的：观察森田疗法对住院精神分裂症病人的辅助治疗作用，方法：从86例符合入组标准的精神分裂症病人中随机抽了50例，分为森田治疗组和对照组，治疗8周，于治疗前后分别以SNAS、BPRS、NOISE量表进行疗效评定，结果：治疗前后两组SANS和NOISE量表评分有明显差异，两组BPRS评分比较差异不明显，结论森田疗法对停顿院精神分裂症病人有辅助治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the adjunctive effcts of Morita therapy in treatment of schizophrenic in-patients. Method: Fifty subjects were randomly sampled from 86 schizophrenics which conformed to the inclusion criteria, and divided into Morita therapy group and control group. SANS, BPRS and NOISE were used to evaluate the efficacy before treatment and 8 week after treatment. Results: After treatment, there were significant differences in scores of SANS and NOISE, but not B.PRS, between two groups. Conclusion: Morita therapy may have an adjunctive effects on the patients with schizophrenia. |
