新疆听力语言残疾人调查

根据全国残疾人抽样调查手册全疆随机抽样调查了30 896人,包括儿童11391人,查出听力语言残疾471人,包括综合残疾110人,占调查总人数的1.52%(文中称现残率)。儿童78人,现残率0.68%。按1986年人口数推算,全疆仅听力语言残疾人16.2万,其中儿童2.2万。通过分析残疾人的民族、地区分布特点及致残病因表明:残疾人中维吾尔族、柯尔克孜族现残率明显高于其它民族;先天残疾中,因家族遗传/近亲结婚致残率高于其它病因,后天残疾中因高烧疾病、双中耳炎、药物中毒致残率高。

An Investigation on Hearing-speaking Maimed Persons in Xinjiang

From April 1 to May 17,1987,the authors carried out a sampling survey among 30896 persons in Xinjiang.1189 persons with five kinds of deformities were found.It amounted to 3.85% of all persons surveyed(i.e.prevalence deformity rate).Of the 1189 persons,471 persons were of hearing- speaking disablement,including 110 persons of complex disablement.The prevalence deformity rate was 1.52%.Based on the 1986's population of Xinjiang,it could be calculated,five kinds of deformi- ties being 534000 persons and hearing-speaking disablement being 162000 persons respecively.The authors analysed distribution-characteristics of their multi-national areas and causes of deformities.It showed that,according to their nationality distributions,the minority nationalities accounted for 74. 5%.Among these,the Uygur and Kirgiz prevalence deformity rates were much higher than that of other nationalities.According to their communties,village-town residents accounted for 87.5%.Of the congenital disablements,the prevalence deformity rate due to familial heredity and consanguineous marriage was high and so was the prevalence deformity rate of acquired disablements due to high fever,bi-otitis media and drug poisoning.
