摘    要:目的:考察不同产地和采收时间对栀子中栀子苷含量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地、不同采集时间栀子中栀子苷含量。色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(15:85),流速:1.0mL·min-1,柱温:30℃,波长:238nm。结果:各产区同一时间采集的栀子中栀子苷含量从高到低排列:安吉>缙云东渡>丽水莲都>温州泰顺>淳安枫树岭。收集样品中栀子苷含量在9月中旬刚结果时最高。

Abstract:Objective:Investigate the influence of different origins and collection time on content of geniposide in Gardeniae Fructus.Methods:HPLC was used to determine content of geniposide in Gardenia from different origins and different collection time.Diamonsil C18 chromatographic column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase being acetonitrile-water(15:85),the column temperature being 30℃,the flow rate being 1.0 mL · min-1,the detection wavelength being 238 nm.Results:Geniposide contents in Gardeniae Fructus from each region at the same collection time from high to low were Anji,DongDu(JinYun),LianDu(LiShui),TaiShun(WenZhou),XiaoHeShan),FengShuLing.The highest content of Geniposide in Gardeniae Fructus was in the middle of September when it is just bear fruit.
