| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察盐酸丁丙诺啡舌下片治疗癌症疼痛的临床镇痛效果和不良反应。 方法 :采用多中心开放试验,对120例癌痛患者用盐酸丁丙诺啡舌下片进行治疗,观察镇痛效果、生活质量和不良反应。 结果 :盐酸丁丙诺啡舌下片适用于用于癌痛患者,镇痛效果确切,不良反应与其他阿片类药物类似。 结论 :盐酸丁丙诺啡舌下片可用于治疗癌痛。

| Abstract: | objective:To investigate analgesic effect and adverse effect of buprenorphine hydrochloride sublingual tablets in treatment of cancer pain.Methods:A multicentric open label clinical study was used and 120 patient with cancer pain were enrolled.they were treated with buprenorphine hydrochloride sublingual tablets.During the study,the analgesic effect,quality of life and adverse effect were observed.Results:The analgesic effect of Buprenorphine Hydrochloride was definite.The adverse effect of Buprenorphine Hydrochloride was similar as other opiods.Conclusion:Buprenorphine Hydrochloride Sublingual Tablets is effective in relieving pain of the cancer patients. |
