| 摘 要： | 目的观察超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术（DG-HAL）在治疗内痔方面的临床疗效。方法将30例Ⅰ-Ⅲ期内痔患者分为治疗10例,采用DG-HAL;对照组20例,采用传统内痔结扎术,进行对比观察。结果治疗组与对照组治愈率、近期复发率分别为80%、10%和85%、5%,无明显差异（P〉0.05）,但两组间的术后疼痛程度、住院天数及术后并发症上存在极显著差异（P〈0.01）,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论在治疗Ⅰ-Ⅲ期内痔时,DG-HAL与传统结扎术相比,具有手术操作简单,术后并发症少,痛苦小,恢复时间短,安全性高等优点,但治疗内痔其远期疗效尚有待进一步观察。
