| 摘 要： | 目的探讨G6PD酶活性测定在地中海贫血初筛中的应用价值。方法分别采用全自动生化分析仪以及全自动血细胞分析仪检测进行初筛人群的G6PD酶活性和红细胞MCV，同时分别采用聚合酶链反应以及反向点杂交检测初筛人群的仪地贫基因缺陷以及β地贫基因缺陷。结果正常人群、α地贫组以及β地贫各组间G6PD酶活性差异有统计学意义。结论G6PD酶活性测定可以应用于地中海贫血的初筛。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application value of G6PD activity detection in thalassemia screening. Methods Applying chemistry analyzer and hematology analyzer to detect G6PD activity and RBC MCV for screening respectively,meanwhile, Applying PCR and reverse dot-blotting to confirm samples'genotype of thalassemia. Results There were significant difference between the groups of normal、αthalassemia and βthalassemia in G6PD activity. Conclusion G6PD activity can apply in thalassemia screening. |
