P-糖蛋白及多药耐药相关蛋白在眼眶横纹肌肉瘤中的表达及意义

目的　研究P 糖蛋白(P gp)、多药耐药相关蛋白 (MRP)在眼眶横纹肌肉瘤中的表达及临床意义。 方法　免疫组织化学法检测 42例眼眶横纹肌肉瘤和 10例正常眼眶组织中P gp、MRP的表达。 结果　P gp、MRP在眼眶横纹肌肉瘤组织中的表达阳性率分别为 38 10%和 54 76%,显著高于正常眼眶组织 (P<0 05 );P gp、MRP表达与年龄、性别、组织学类型、分期无关;复发组P gp和MRP的阳性表达率显著高于初发组(P<0 05);两蛋白间未见相关性。 结论　眼眶横纹肌肉瘤组织的多药耐药与P gp、MRP过表达有关,检测P gp、MRP的表达对判断预后有参考价值。

Expression of P-glycoprotein and multidrug resistance-associated protein in orbital rhabdomyosarcoma and its significance

Objective To study the expressions of P glycoprotein (P gp) and multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP) in orbital rhabdomyosarcoma and its clinical significances. Methods The expressions of P gp and MRP in 42 cases with orbital rhabdomyosarcoma and 10 pieces of normal orbital tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry analysis. Results The positive expression percentage of P gp and MRP in orbital rhabdomyosarcoma (38 10% and 54 76%,respectively) was statistically higher than that in normal orbital tissues ( P <0 05).There was no significant correlation between expression of P gp or MRP and age,sex,histological type and stage.The positive rate of P gp or MRP expression in recurrent tumor group was markedly higher than that in primary tumor group ( P <0 05).No significant correlation was found between the expression of P gp and MRP. Conclusion Overexpressions of P gp and MRP are involved in the multidrug resistance in orbital rhabdomyosarcoma.P gp and MRP detection is of great value for evaluation of prognosis.
