摘    要:目的]探讨从冷藏设备环境中采集样品,建立李斯特氏菌的分离培养方法.方法]用涂抹法采集冷藏设备环境样品,采用Fraser肉汤、EB、 LB进行增菌;采用Oxford培养基、Palcam培养基和胰酪胨大豆琼脂进行分离培养,用微生物分析仪对李斯特氏菌进行生化鉴定.结果]共采集样品192份,李斯特氏菌阳性检出率为88.2%.结论]涂抹法简便,适合于基层单位采用.

Abstract:To explore the method for isolation and cuhivation of Lmnonocytogenes in samples collected from the refrigeration installation equipments. Methods ] The samples were collected from refrigeration installation equipments by smear test, followed by enriching virus with EB, LB and Fraser. These virus were cultured by using Oxford and palcam culture medium, and isolated by using pancreas arid casitone soybean agar, finally biochemical identification were taken to identify the Lmonocytogenes by using micro-biological analysator. Results] 192 Samples were collected and the detection rate for Lmonocytogenes was 88.2%, Conclusion] Smear test shows to be simple convenience, which would be adopted in primary institutions.
