甜菊甙对麻醉犬血压的影响

本文研究了静注绀菊甙对麻醉急性肾性高血压犬血压的影响以及不用给药途径(静注、灌胃、椎动脉注射)对犬血压的影响、结果表明:绀菊甙对急性肾性高血压犬具有明显的降压作用。且与剂量呈依赖关系。椎动脉注射绀菊甙无降压作用,灌胃的降压效价明显低于静注。提示,绀萄甙的降压作用可能与肾含血管紧张素有某种联系,而与中枢无关。它在胃肠道的吸收差。

The effects of stevioside on blood pressure in the anesthetized dogs

The effects of stevioside on blood pressure were investigated in anesthetized renal hypertensive dogs,and the depressor effects by stevioside with a variety of administrations were conpared in the anesthetized normotensive dogs. The depressor effects could be induced in a dose-dependant manner by stevioside 20-160gm/kg, iv in the anesthetized renal hypertensive dogs. The depressor effect by stevioside 200mg/kg, i. g was significantly less than that by stevioside 50mg/kg, iv and no effect on blood pressure could be shown by stevioside 5 mg/kg with admininstration of intra-vertebral artery in anesthetized normotensive dogs. The result was suggested that the depressor effect by stevioside might be associated with reninangiotensin system of dog.
