疑病性神经症的前瞻性现场测试

为进一步研究疑病性神经症，完善其诊断标准，为ＣＣＭＤ－３提供同依据。方法以陈彦方编制的精神障碍诊断量表，对３６例疑病性神经症患者进行连续５次的前瞻性现场型测试。结果疑病性神经症患者病程迁延，起病有精神因素者占５０％，个性内向者居多占５５．６％。

Prospective test of hypochondriac neurosis.

Objective To further studied hypochondriac neurosis and perfect the diagnose standard and provided objective basis for CCMD-3.Method Prospective test was performed continuly in 36 patients of hypochondriac neurosis five times according to DSMD(written by CHEN Yanfang).Results The course of hypochondriac neurosis was persistence,50% patients had mental factors,and 55.6% patients were introversive personality.The symptoms were various,besides hypochondriacalidea,there were anxiety,depression,senestopathia and vegetative function disorder etc in the disease.The social functioning were impaired.Conclusions The results suggested to add disease course standard in CCMD,we'd better add the common symptoms,such as vegetative function disorder.senestopathia etc,and add anxiety neurosis,schizophrenia in eliminating standard.
