| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨通脉降脂口服液延缓或逆转AS病变的作用。方法：观察通脉降脂口服液对实验性高胆固醇血症鹌鹑动物模型血脂、血浆D-二聚体、第八因子辅因子及主动脉病变的影响。结果：它可使血脂及血浆D-D、VWF水平降低，AS病变明显延缓。结论：通脉降脂口服液除具有良好的调节血脂的作用外，还具有改善内皮细胞功能以及纠正AS时的凝血、纤溶功能紊乱的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the actions of Tongmai Jiangzhi Koufuye (oral solution) in postponing or reversing the pathological process AS. Method: To observe the effect of this oral solution on blood lipid, plasma D D and VIIIF, and pathologic change of aorta in the duplicated model of quails with experimental hypercholesterolemia. Results: This solution can decrease blood lipid, plasma D D and VWF, and markedly postpone the pathological process AS. Conclusion: Besides the action of regulating blood lipid, this oral solution can also improve the function of endothelial cells, and reverse the disorder of blood coagulation and fibrinolytic function as well. |
