| 摘 要： | 探讨病历质量管理问题.通过分析病历质量的影响因素主要是医生法制观念不强、质量观念淡薄、医务人员对病历书写要求掌握不够、三级查房未到位、病历质控管理措施不到位等.提出管理对策包括健全病历质量管理组织、加强医德和病历质量教育、实行病历质量规范化监控、建立相对合理的奖惩机制等.

| Abstract: | To explore the quality management of the case history.By analyzing the chief factors,including poor case history quality,the doctor having a poor sense of law and quality,medical staff having no great grasp of demands,incompletely practising the third class ward-check,and something like that.The management countermeasures include perfection organization,strengthening education of medical ethics and case history quality,carrying on supervision of case history quality and setting up rewards and punishment mechanism. |
