| 摘 要： | 目的:观察碧兰麻在口腔麻醉中的临床效果。方法:将140例患者随机分成碧兰麻组和利多卡因组,对照两种麻醉剂的麻醉效果。结果:碧兰麻组麻醉效果明显优于利多卡因组,尤其是牙髓病治疗组的麻醉效果更显著。结论:碧兰麻是一种具有毒性低,浸润力强,起效时间长,组织穿透力强,没有过敏反应的新型专用麻醉剂,是口腔科理想的局部麻醉药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of PRIMACAINE ADRENALINE in oral anesthesia.Method Total 140 cases were randomly divided into PRIMACAINE ADRENALINE group and Lidocaine group,the anesthesic effect of two kinds of anesthetic were compared.Results The anaesthetic effect of PRIMACAINE ADRENALINE group was obviously better than Lidocaine group,especially the anesthesic effect of pulposis treatment group.Conclusion PRIMACAINE ADRENALINE is a kind of new special anesthetic with low toxicity,strong infiltration,long effect-acting period,strong organization penetrability and no allergic reaction,and it is the ideal partial narcotics drugs of stomatological department. |
