犬急性出血坏死性胰腺炎早期血浆、胰、肺组织环核苷酸的变化

摘    要:用放射竞争蛋白结合法测定了犬急性出血坏死性胰腺炎时血浆、肺及胰腺组织cAMP、cGMP含量。胰腺炎后30分钟血浆cAMP升高3倍以上,持续5小时。与对照组相比,胰腺炎动物肺组织cAMP明显增高,胰腺组织降低。血浆、肺及胰腺组织cGMP无显著变化。本文对胰腺炎后血浆、肺与胰腺组织环核苷酸变化的机理进行了讨论。

Abstract:Cyclic nucleotides in plasma, lung and pancreas were determined by radio-competitive protein binding assay before and after acute experimental pancreatitis in dogs. Plasma cAMP was increased three-fold 30 minutes after pancreatitis and remained at high level for 5 hours. cAMP was increased in the lungs and decreased in the pancreas,as compared with the controls.There were no significant changes for cGMP. The mechanisms of the above changes were discussed.
