磁共振弥散峰度成像在腹部的应用

摘    要:弥散峰度成像(DKI)技术是一种基于非高斯分布模型的新MRI技术,是DWI的延伸,可以量化水分子偏离正态分布的量,能够更真实、准确地反映人体环境的细微变化。DKI在神经系统已有较多研究,并已取得良好成果。近年来,DKI在腹部中的应用研究也逐渐成为热点。本文就DKI的原理及其在腹部的应用做一综述。

Abstract:Diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) is a kind of new MRI technology based on non-Gaussian distribution model. It is an extension of diffusion imaging, which can measure the quantity of water molecules deviated from the Gaussian distribution, reflected the microenvironment subtle changes of human body more accurately. DKI has obtained good results in the nervous system. In recent years, DKI become a hot spot in the abdominal research gradually. In this article, the principle of DKI and the application in the abdomen of DKI were reviewed.
