| 摘 要： | 本文报道了用放射免疫测定技术检测正常人、慢性胃炎病人、溃疡病及胃癌等胃疾患病人的血清胃泌素浓度。41例慢性浅表性胃炎,38例十二指肠溃疡,72例胃癌病人的血清胃泌素浓度的平均值与正常值无甚差异。30例胃溃疡病人,6例复发性溃疡病人的胃泌素值明显增高。讨论分析了在胃疾病时检测血清胃泌素值的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Serum gastrin level in normal individuals and patients with gastric diseases were measured with radio-immune technique. In 161 normal individuals, the average level was 65.75±22.46 pg/ml, similar to other reports in our country. There was no significant difference in the serum gastrin level in patients with chronic superficial gastritis (41 cases) , duodenal ulcer (38 cases) and gastric cancer (72 cases) as compared with the level in normal individuals. However, the level in 30 cases of gastric ulcer and 6 recurrent ulcer were significantly higher than the level in normal individuals. The significance of serum gastrin level determination in various gastric diseases are also discussed. |
