糖尿病患者外周血管的超声表现

目的探讨糖尿病患者外周血管的超声表现。方法自腹股沟韧带中点,由近而远依次观察股动脉、腘动脉的内—中膜厚度（TMT）和形态、斑块及血流情况。结果54例糖尿病患者中有50例共156支下肢动脉患有不同程度的硬化,32例96支动脉有硬化斑块,3例3支腘动脉为中度狭窄,血流频谱空窗缩小,频带增宽,峰值流速加快。结论糖尿病与动脉粥样硬化关系密切,能引起和促进动脉硬化的形成,超声可以无创判定外周动脉硬化的存在与否,准确测量粥样硬化斑块的多少、部位、管腔狭窄程度和血供情况,为临床确定是否外科手术或内科药物治疗提供重要依据,是目前最为理想的检测方法,并可作为发生脑梗塞、心肌梗死、肢端缺血坏死的预测参数,防范严重并发症的发生。

Peripheral blood vessels in patients with diabetes

Objective To investigate peripheral blood vessels in diabetes. Methords The thickness, shape, spot, and blood flow of femoral and popliteal artery were obseved from the proximal to distal end. Results Among 54 patients, 156 lower limb arteries in 50 cases had sclerosis to a certain degree ;96 arteries in 32 cases had sclerotic plaques and blood flow became thin in 3 cases. Conclusions There was a close relation between diabetes and artery atheromatous sclerosis, which can cause the formation of artery sclerosis and cerebral infarction and myocardiae infarction. For these diseases, using ultrasound test is a better way to decide whether the patients should be treated by surgery, or internal medicine.
