| 摘 要： | 目的:提高小儿法洛氏四联症 (TOF)根治术后的监护水平.方法:总结和分析 30例 TOF患儿根治术后的监护经验, 特别是对低心排、心律失常、出血等并发症的监护.结果: 29例存活,随访 2～ 22个月,心肺功能良好,无青紫,生活 质量明显改善.近期死亡 1例,病死率 3.3%(1/30).结论:良好的术后监护可以及时、正确的处理术后并发症,提高 手术的成功率.

| Abstract: | Objective To increase the nursing quality of custody after surgical operation of children petralogy of fallot(TOF). Methods To analyse and summarize the nursing quality and the complications after operation for 30 children of TOF. Results 29 examples survived,their living quality after operation was approved apparently;1 example died,death rate is 3.3%. Conclusion Close custody after surgical operation can reduce the incidence of operational complications and increase the success rate of surgical operation. |
