| 摘 要： | The influence of electroacupuncture at“Neiguan”acupoint on the recovery process of is-chemic electrocardiogram(ECG)induced byligating the left ventrienlar branch(LVB)ofcoronary artery was observed in 48 anesthetizedrabbits with or without electrolytic lesion ofpreoptic-anterior hypothalamic(PO-AH)area.The results were as follows:(1)the recoveryof ischemic ECG ST-segments and T wavescould be promoted by electroacupuncture at Nei-guan in the intact animals;(2)electrolytic lesionof PO-AH did not affect the spontaneous re-covery process of ischemic ECG significantlyand(3)the effect of electroacupuncture at Nei-guan on the recovery process was diminishedobviously by electrolytic lesion of PO-AH.Theresults suggested that PO-AH might be involvedin the effect of recovery of acute ischemicmyocardial injury promoted by electroacupunc-ture at Neiguan acupoint.
