北京市1995～2003年性病门诊就诊者AIDS哨点监测结果分析

目的 监测北京市高危人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染流行趋势，为制定艾滋病(AIDS)预防控制规划提供依据，为在高危人群中开展行为干预并评价干预效果提供信息。方法 依照《全国AIDS哨点监测方案》，从1995年起对性病门诊就诊者实施哨点监测。结果 北京市性病门诊监测哨点1995～2003年共发现抗-HIV阳性者96例，HIV阳性率逐年上升；监测到的性病以淋病、非淋菌性尿道炎、尖锐湿疣、梅毒的构成较高，分别为29．66％、22．52％、21．36％、10．91％；1．47％的人供过血浆；0．99％的人近3个月内使用过毒品。结论 北京市高危人群存在HIV感染加快的潜在因素，必须及时开展健康教育和行为干预。

National sentinel surveillance of HIV infection in Beijing STD clinic attendants from 1995 to 2003

Objective To monitor HIV infection status and trends of population at risk in Beijing,so as to provide accurate information for government and help to evaluate the impact of prevention as well.Methods The sentinel surveillance started from 1995 according to the National Scheme of HIV Sentinel Surveillance,and the target population in these surveys were STD clinic attendants.Results 96 cases were found to be anti-HIV positive in the period from 1995 to 2003,indicating an annual increase of HIV incidence.The majority of STD detected in STD clinic visitors were NGU,gonorrhea,general wart,and syphilis(29.66%,22.52%,21.36% and 10.91%,respectively).1.47% of STD clinic visitors had sold their blood plasma and 0.99% had used drugs during the last three months.Conclusions High-risk factors associated with HIV infection were found among target populations in Beijing.Education and special intervention programs to halt HIV spreading should be started with a sense of urgency.
