| 摘 要： | 目的：检测2型糖尿病患者角膜厚度，以评价其角膜内皮细胞功能。方法：应用Orbscan生物测量系统对2型糖尿病患者(60眼)进行测量，分别计算中央、距中心1.5mm、2.5mm、3.5mm、4.5mm处平均角膜厚度，以正常健康人作为对照。结果：2型糖尿病患者与对照组比较，各部位角膜厚度均有增加，平均角膜厚度增加3.02％～4.71％，有显著差异(P＜0.05)。结论：2型糖尿病患者的角膜厚度增加．提示内皮细胞功能低下。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the function of the corneal endothelial cell through measuring the corneal thickness in type-2 diabetic patients. Methods: The Orbscan slit scan cornel tomography/pachymetry system was used to investigate the average corneal thickness in the position of central,1.5mm,2.5mm,3.5mm, and 4.5mm distance from the center of cornea in 30 cases (60eyes) with type-2 diabetes. Results: Compared with the normal people in type-2 diabetic patients group, all corneal thickness in different postions were signicantly different(P<0.05),the average corneal thickness in type-2 diabetic patients were increased 3.02%-4.71%. Conclusion:The corneal thickness in type-2 diabetic patients were thicker then in normal people,it was hinted that the function of the corneal endothelial cell is low. |
