| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声对老年人急性非结石性胆囊炎（EAAC）的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的EAAC27例的声像图表现,总结出具有诊断价值的超声特征。结果 EAAC的超声分为两型,Ⅰ型,胆囊肿大21例,占78%;Ⅱ型,胆囊区弱回声团6例,占22%.超声诊断正确率为93%.结论超声对EAAC的诊断价值很高。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the role of ultrosonography in the diagnosis of elder acute acalculous cholecystitis. Methods Ultrosonography of 27 EAAC proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The characteristics of ultrasound diagnosis were analyzed. Results EAAC were divided into two types of ultrasound,Ⅰ type,21 cases of gallbladder enlargement,accounting for 78%,Ⅱ type,gallbladder area clumps of a weak echo,there were six cases,accounting for 22%,ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 93%.Conclusion Ultrasonography had important applicable value in the diagnosis of EAAC. |
