苯甲酰乙酸钾的合成工艺研究

本文对盐酸洛贝林的必要制备原料-苯甲酰乙酸钾的合成工艺进行了初步的摸索与研究。方法：以苯甲酰氯和乙酰乙酸乙酯为初始原料,经酰化、水解两步反应制得目标物。结果：合成化合物的收率为80%。结论：该法简单,反应稳定。

Study on Synthesis of Potassium Benzoyl acetic acid

Objective： This text has carried on preliminary grope and research to the synthesis of the essential preparative materialof Lobeline Hydrochloride-Potassium Benzoyl acetic acid. Methods： It takes Benzoyl chloride and Ethyl acetoacetate as its initial raw materials.It is made by two steps of acylation and hydrolysis. Results： The yieid is 80%. Conclusion： The method is terse and the reaction is steady.
