红斑狼疮、皮肌炎患者咽部菌群调查及其链球菌抗体的研究

目的了解咽部细菌感染和红斑狼疮(LE)及皮肌炎(DM)之间的相关性。方法对67例LE及42例DM患者咽部细菌进行分离培养并测其血清中抗链球菌溶血素O(ASO)水平,同时选择40例健康人为对照。结果 109例患者咽部细菌培养出化脓性溶血性链球菌26例(23.8%),明显高于对照组(PO.01),ASO水平LE组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P0.05);DM组与对照组比较差异无显著性(P0.05)。结论部分红斑狠疮及皮肌炎病人有链球菌的感染,链球菌感染可能诱发疾病使病情活动加重。

The survey for the pharyngeal flora and streptococcal antibody in lupus erythematosus and dermatomyositis patients

Objective To analyze the role of bacterial infections in inducement and aggravation of LE and DM.Methods The pathogenic bacteria of pharynx was isolated and cultured;the level of antistreptolysin ＂O＂（ASO） was measured in 67 patients with LE,42 patients with DM and 40 normal human controls.Results Pyogenic hemolytic streptococci can be isolated from pharynx of patients with LE and DM,and the infectivity was significantly higher than the controls.Compared with the controls,The patients with LE had a higher serum level of ASO（P0.05）,but there was no significant difference between controls and DM.Conclusion Streptococcal infection may be involved in the inducement and aggravation of LE and DM.
