| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍胃镜下经皮胃造瘘术（ＰＥＧ）维持重症颅脑务患者肠内营养的临床应用。方法：对１７例重症颅损伤患者，无法经口进食而需要肠道内营养者，行胃镜 皮胃造瘘术。楷造这饲后，患者的营养状态明显改善。因原发疾病加重是死亡３例。２例出现造瘘局部感染，无其他严重并发症。结论：对于需要长期营养支持的重症颅脑损伤患者，该方法是一种手术简捷、创伤小、护理简便、管饲保留时间长、并发症少、有效且经济的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To elucidate the value of percutaneous endoscopy gastrostomy(PEG) under endoscopy in patients with severe head injury.Methods:Seventeen patients with severe head injury who need to be supported with enteral nutrition had undergone PEG.Results:Nutrition status had markedly improved for the survival patients.Three cases died due to the initial insult,2 had redness and secretions at the PEG wound and no other complications of PEG were observed.Conclusion:For patients with severe head injury long duration of enteral nutrition support via PEG are preferable. |
