| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜技术在急腹症中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2000年5月～2008年12月125例急腹症腹腔镜手术的临床资料。结果其中术前诊断不明者腹腔镜确诊率99.2%,腹腔镜手术成功120例,中转开腹手术5例,无手术并发症。结论腹腔镜技术可以使急腹症患者尽早明确诊断,同时能进行治疗,并且能体现微创优势,值得在基层医院推广。

The Application of Laparoscopy in Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Abdomen:an Experience of 125 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical application value of laparoscopic technique in treatment of acute abdomen.Method Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 125 cases of acute abdomen from May 2000 to December 2008.Results For patients of unknown preoperative diagnosis,laparoscopy confirmed the diagnosis rate of 99.2%;the laparoscopic surgery succeeded with 120 cases,converting to laparotomy with 5 cases,resulting in none of surgical complications.Conclusion Laparoscopic technique has advantages such as making a confirmed diagnosis as soon as possible for patients with acute abdomen,treating patients with minimally invasive,which deserves promotion in local hospitals. |
