股骨头凹及其滋养孔观察

目的：探讨股骨头凹类型与股骨头缺血性坏死的关系。方法：对２５０例正常成人股骨头凹及其滋养孔数目、大小进行了观测。结果：按股骨头凹形态分成五型，按其深度分为三型。股骨头凹滋养孔以单孔最多（３７．２％），无孔次之（２８％），３孔以上较少。滋养孔大小以中孔多见（８２．９５％）。浅平型和凸型股骨头凹Ｘ线片可能不显影，出现无孔的机率明显高于凹型（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：浅平型或凸型股骨头凹发生股骨头缺血性坏死的机率可能高于凹型。

OBSERVATION ON THE FOVEA AND NUTRIENT FORAMINA OF FEMORAL HEAD

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the shapes of femoral head fovea and ischemic necrosis of the femoral head. Methods:The shape of the femoral head fovea the size and numbers of their nutrient foramina were observed in 250 normal adult femur. Results: The fovea of the femoral head was classified into 5 types and 3 types according to the shape and depth respectively. It was found that the femoral head fovea with single nutrient formaen was in majority(37.2%), without any nutrient formane was the second (28%) and with more than 3 nutrient foramina was in minoirty. The nutrient foramina were mostly in middle size (82.95%). The femoral head fovea in shallow flat shape or in convex shape were not seen in X Ray films. The rate of this 2 femoral head fovea was significantly higher than concave ones(P<0.01). Conclusion: It is suggested that the rate of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head in shallow flated or convex shaped is probably much higher than the concave shaped ones.
