莫西沙星治疗泌尿生殖系支原体感染的疗效与安全性评价

目的 探讨莫西沙星治疗泌尿生殖系支原体感染的临床疗效与安全性。方法 将150例支原体（解脲支原体、人型支原体）感染的患者随机分为3纽，莫西沙星组52例口服莫西沙星（400mg，1次／d），加替沙星组50例口服加替沙星（200mg，2次／d），环丙沙星组48例口服环丙沙星（200mg，2次／d），疗程均为14d。结果 3组患者临床总有效率分别为92．31％（48／52），90．00％（45／50）和64．58％（31／48）；病原体清除率分别为93，33％（56／60），88，52％（54／61）和57．89％（33／57）。莫西沙星组、加替沙星组与环丙沙星组比较两指标差异均有显著性意义（P（0．01），且未见严重的不良反应。结论 莫西沙星治疗泌尿生殖系支原体感染高效、安全、服用方便。

Efficacy and Safety of Moxifloxacin for Treatment of Mycoplasma Infection in Urinary and Reproductive System

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin in the treatment of mycoplasma infection in urinary and reproductive system.Methods A total of 150 cases with mycoplasma ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and mycoplasma hominis(Mh)infection were randomly assigned to three groups:52 cases were treated with moxifloxacin 400 mg q.d.for 14 d;50 cases were treated with gatifloxacin 200 mg b.i.d.for 14 d and 48 cases were treated with ciprofloxacin 200 mg b.i.d.for 14 d.The clinical observation and comparative research were done.Results The averall effective rates of the three groups were 92.31%(48/52),90.00%(45/50)and 64.58%(31/48),respectively.The pathogen(mycoplasma)clearance rates were 93.33%(56/60),88.52%(54/61)and 57.89%(33/57),respectively.There were significant differences among moxifloxacin,gatifloxacin and ciprofloxacin groups(P < 0.01);No severe adverse reaction in three groups was found.Conclusion Moxifloxacin is a very effective,convenient,safe antibiotic for the treatment of mycoplasma infection in urinary and reproductive system.
