尿酸水平与代谢综合征关系的横断面研究

目的研究代谢综合征在不同尿酸水平人群中的流行病学特征。方法通过对某大型石化企业员工进行调查和体检．空腹抽血进行血清学检查，并采用计算机编辑程序；根据2005年IDF的代谢综合征定义判别代谢综合征，同时根据2004年CDS定义判别代谢综合征相应分析。结果9543名体检人群中患有代谢综合征1．289例，患病率12．3％。在尿酸水平（6mg／dL，6-8mg/dL，≥8mg／dL人群中，代谢综合征患病率分别为10．0％，17．6％，43．3％（根据2005 IDF）。代谢综合征各组分在高尿酸水平中也有高的患病率。结论代谢综合征患病率随着尿酸水平的升高有升高趋势。应该重视高尿酸血症中存在高代谢综合征患病率。

A Cross-Sectional Study on the Association between Uric Acid Level and Metabolic Syndrome

Objective To Objective To explore the prevalence of metabolic syndrome among individuals with different levels of uric acid . Methods Interview, physical examination and serological examination were carried out in a large-scale petrochemical enterprise. Metabolic syndrome was defined by the International Diabetes Federation （IDF2005） and Chinese Diabetes Society （CDS 2004）. Results A total of 9543 subjects were surveyed, and 1289 of them had metabolic syndrome （12.3%）. The prevalence rates of the metabolic syndrome were 10.0%, 17.6 % and 43.3 % of the subjects whose uric acid levels were lower than 6 mg/dl, from 6 to 8 mg/dl, and higher than 8 mg/dl, respectively （by 2005 IDF）. Conclusion Emphasis should be put on the increasing trend of metabolic syndrome along with the higher level of serum uric acid.
