摘    要:不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)是临床常见的心血管急症之一,极易发生心肌梗死或心源性猝死1]。因此如何降低心血管事件的发生率及其死亡率一直是目前研究的热点。我院自2003年1月~2005年12月采用舒血宁注射液联合低分子肝素治疗UAP取得满意效果,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1病例选择住院

Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shuxuening injection combined with low molecular heparin in treating of unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods 79 patients with UAP were divided into two groups randomly,40 for treatment group,39 for control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,the treatment group was treated with conventional therapy combined with intravenous drip Shuxuening injection and low molecular heparin 0.4ml,twice daily subcutaneously for 7 days.The frequency of angina pectoris attacks,ST-T changes on the ECG,PLT,PT,APTT were observed.Results The frequency of angina pectoris attacks were decreased in two groups(P<0.05),were significant decreased in treatment group(compared with control group,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in blood platelet,PT,APTT after treatment in treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening injection combined with Low molecular heparin are effective and safety in the treatment of UAP.
