调督安神胶囊对PTX致痫大鼠海马神经元超微结构的影响

目的：观察调督安神胶囊对PTX致痫大鼠海马神经元超微结构的影响。方法：建立PTX癫痫大鼠模型。随机分为模型对照组，中药低、高剂量组及西药组。分别给予双蒸水和调督安神胶囊、西药灌胃。采用透射电镜法观察海马CA3区神经元超微结构的变化。结果：PTX致痫大鼠海马神经元水肿、变性，损伤明显。经过中药治疗后的大鼠海马神经元损伤较轻，尤以中药高剂量纽海马神经元损伤最轻。结论：调督安神胶囊可减轻海马神经元的损伤，进而起到神经保护作用，这可能是其改善癫痫大鼠学习和记忆障碍的机制之一。

The Effect of Tiaodu''''anshen Capsule on the Ultrastructure of Hippocampal Neuron in PTX-inducing Epileptic Rat

Objective:To explore the effect of Tiaoduanshen capsule on the ultrastructure of hippocampal neuron in PTX-inducing epileptic rat.Methods:Epileptic rats established by PTX were randomly divided into model control group, Tiaoduanshen capsule high dosage group and western medicine group and then treated by intragastric administration of double distilled water or Tiaoduanshen capsule or western medicine, respectively. After the treatment, the changes of ultrastructure of neuron in CA3 area of hippocamp were observed with transmission electron microscope. Results:The hippocampal neuron of PTX-inducing epileptic rat was remarkable dropsy and apomorphosis, but the impairment was relieved obviously in Tiaoduanshen capsule high dosage group. Conclusion:Tiaoduanshen capsule can relieve the impairment of hippocampal neuron in PTX-inducing epileptic rat and then protect nerves, which may be one of its mechanisms in relieving the impairment of learning and memory of epileptic rat.
