| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人腰椎间盘突出症的临床特点和治疗方法。方法分析75例老年人腰椎间盘突出症临床症状、体征和影像学(X线、CT、MRI及腰椎管造影)变化特点。结果经平均30个月的随访，非手术治疗29例，优良率33．3％，手术治疗46例，优良率90％。结论老年人腰椎间盘突出症均为增生狭窄型腰椎间盘突出，突出的方式以破解游离型为主，手术治疗优于非手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical character and treatment for the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods Analyzed the clinical symptom, body character and image(X-ray, CT, MRI)changing character of the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Result After average 30 months visiting,29 were cured by non-operation and the excellent rate was 33.3%; 46 cases were cured by operation and the excellent rate was 90%. Conclusion For the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc of old patients, operation healing is better than non-operation healing. |
