载脂蛋白B与2型糖尿病肾病的相关性

目的探讨ApoB与T2DM肾病的相关性。方法将T2DM患者分为正常白蛋白尿（NUA1b）组和糖尿病肾病（DN）组。测定血压、体重、身高、肝肾功能、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoB以及HbA1c。结果DN组病程、SBP、HbA1c、TC、TG、ApoB均高于NUA1b组，HDL-C低于NUA1b组。相关性分析显示尿白蛋白／肌酐（UACR）与病程、SBP、HbA-C以及ApoB呈正相关；调整病程、SBP、HbA-C后偏相关分析显示，ApoB与UACR仍显著正相关。结论ApoB可能是T2DM肾病的危险因素．

The relationship between ApoB and type 2 diabetic nephropathy

Objective To investigate the relationship between ApoB and type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods Two hundred and thirty eight patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled. Subjects were divided into two groups according urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio （UACR）.. normoalbuminuria （NUAlb） group and diabetic nephropathy （DN） group. Parameters including height, weight, hepatic and renal function, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoB, and HbAlc were measured in all subjects. Results Duration, SBP, HbAlc, cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, and apolipoprotein B （ApoB） were significantly higher （P〈0. 05）, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） was lower （P〈0.05） in DN group than in NUAlb group. Positive correlation of UACR with duration, SBP, HbA1 c and ApoB was found. After adjustment for duration, SBP and HbA1 c, positive correlation can still be found between UACR and ApoB. Conclusions UACR is associated with ApoB, and the increased ApoB may be a risk factor for diabetic nephropathy.
