原发性输尿管癌p53、c-erbB-2和nm23表达与临床病理特征的关系

目的　研究输尿管癌 p5 3、c- erb B- 2、nm2 3基因的不同表达与其临床病理因素的关系。方法　应用免疫组化 S- P法检测 p5 3、c- erb B- 2、nm2 3等基因蛋白在 2 4例原发性输尿管癌中的表达情况 ,并对其结果与临床病理各参数的关系进行分析。结果　正常输尿管上皮三种基因蛋白均呈阴性 ,在输尿管癌中 p5 3、c- erb B- 2、nm2 3的阳性表达率分别为 41.6 % (10 /2 4)、5 4.1% (13/2 4)和 6 6 .7% (16 /2 4)。 p5 3、c- erb B- 2高表达与输尿管癌分化程度低、浸润至浆膜或浆膜外、生存期短等几项临床病理特征相关。nm2 3的表达与输尿管癌病理分级、浸润深度、临床预后无密切关联。结论　 p5 3、c- erb B- 2和 nm2 3基因参与了输尿管癌的发生发展过程 ,p5 3、c- erb B- 2蛋白表达可以作为输尿管癌生物学行为和预后判断的参考指标 ,两指标同时检测预示作用更可靠

Relationship between the expression of p53, c-erbB-2, and nm23 and the clinicopathological features of ureteral carcinoma

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of p53, c-erbB-2 and nm23 proteins and clinicopathological features of primary ureteral carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to examine the expression of p53, c-erbB-2 and nm23 proteins in 24 cases of primary ureteral carcinoma and 10 cases of normal ureteral tissue. Result Expression of the proteins was negative in normal ureteral mucosa. The positive rates of p53, c-erbB-2 and nm23 in ureteral carcinoma were 41.6%(10/24), 54.1%(13/24) and 66.7%(16/24),respectivly. Positive expression rates of p53 and c-erbB-2 were closely related to the histological grading and prognosis. There was no apparent relation between the expressions of p53, c-erbB-2 and the depth of the tumor invading. The expression of nm23 in ureteral carcinoma was not correlated with the histopathlogical grading, the depth of the tumor invading and prognosis. Conclusions p53, c-erbB-2 and nm23 gene are believed to play a role in the pathogenesis and the development of primary ureteral carcinoma. The coexistence of p53 and c-erbB-2 proteins may be more helpful in evaluating the biologic behaviors and prognosis of ureteral carcinoma. The relationship between the nm23 protein positive expression and clinicopathological features of primary ureteral carcinoma needs to be studied further.
